The resurrection of Jesus is a distinctive of Bible-based Christian faith. It’s the resurrection that confirms his status as the Son of God (Romans 1:4). And, his resurrection guarantees resurrection to life for everyone who believes the gospel. These imperfect bodies we now occupy will be restored to their intended perfection. It’s this confidence that provides the impetus to keep following Jesus to the very end (1 Corinthians 15:58).
